UAP Students get VC's and Dean’s List Award for Fall 2016

 

A total of 199 students of different departments of the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) received 'VC's Honor List Award' on August 03, 2017 for their outstanding academic results in Fall 2016 at its new city campus in Green Road.

UAP Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury distributed certificates among the awardees as the chief guest at the function. Anhar Ahmed Chowdhury, Sr. Vice Chairman, BOT, Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir, Treasurer Air Commodore (Retd.) Ishfaq Ilahi Choudhury and Registrar Sarwar R. Chowdhury attended in the program.

The 199 students of different departments have received the award in different semesters. Among them, 2 from Architecture while 16 from Business Administration, 11 from Civil Engineering, 54 from Computer Science and Engineering, 30 from Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 4 from English, 11 from Law and Human Rights and 71 from Pharmacy department.

Earlier, 249 students from the different departments were awarded Dean’s list for their brilliant results. Prof. Dr. M. R. Kabir, Pro Vice Chancellor distributed the certificates among the awardees while Prof. Abu Sayeed Mostaque Ahmed, Dean, School of Environmental Sciences and Design were present, among others.
